The Project Coordinator for Conservation at the Bukit Lawang Trust is an exciting new part time role at our hub in Bukit Lawang, Lawang North Sumatra. 

The Project coordinator for Conservation is responsible for the delivery of conservation education sessions as part of the Trusts Conservation Programs (including the Youth Ranger, Youth Led Sustainable Enterprise Program & Ecological Farming & Permaculture Program). 

The PC for Conservation will work alongside the Program Manager to deliver the Bukit Lawang Trusts Programmatic Objectives, and assist in the management and Training of Conservation Volunteers.

Media Recruitment & Marketing Manager

Oversee the Bukit Lawang Trusts online presence by managing its social media and recruitment platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In TikTok & more. All whilst living on the edge of the jungle! This is one of our longer placements, and whilst working as our MRM you will be a fully fledged member of the staff team!

The MRM is also the point of contact for all of our volunteers before they join us here in the Jungle and will be the go to person for support and FAQs. This role also involves finding and recruiting the next generation of volunteers for our programs and keeping the programs full is a key role of the MRM.
